Ibisi Bya Huye Mountain Rwanda
The Ibisi is beautifully sweet and clean coffee from a very high elevation (2000+ meters)!! The fruit is mellow, like pear or strawberry fruit leather, but it's crisp too. As the cup cools you'll notice the smell of spices like cinnamon and a sort of Earl-Grey-tea aromatic. You'll also notice this coffee is a peaberry: each coffee cherry grew only one seed rather than two, which is why each bean is totally round. Very cool coffee.
