Cleotilde Armijos and Johny Saavedra
Cleotilde Armijos and her partner Johny Saavedra have long produced coffee for a nearby cooperative, until beginning to work with Origin Coffee Labs. They have since been able to raise prices, replant their land with new growth, and invest in educational resources. They employ two processing methods in this offering - a washed process and one similar to a honey process. This brings tropical fruit to our favorite Peruvian chocolate and stone fruit notes.
