    Roaster’s Notes
Produced by Abraham Josue Pacheco on his family’s farm sitting in the El Playón, Comayagua region of Honduras. Abraham, age 23, manages the farm alongside his father, Don Roulio, (who has been growing coffee since the 70s) and is currently studying agricultural business administration as well. This selection is made up of Catuai, Bourbon and Lempira varieties grown around 1700 MASL.
