    Roaster’s Notes
Juan Escobar Gaspar grows his coffee outside Huehuetenango, located in Cordillera de Los Cuchumatanes in Guatemala. In this region, it’s common for single producers to grow, harvest, and process their own coffee. By looking at just one lot, the production practices are spotlighted. It's clear after brewing this coffee that the producers are thoughtful and precise with their methods, leading to a clear cup full of rich butterscotch and bright plum acidity.
