Kalunga-Birambo starts off with the spiced sweetness of traditional cola which then develops into dark chocolate and toffee as it cools. The acidity pushes forward as you continue to sip, bringing forth a bright fruitiness that reminds us of cherry limeade. This coffee is very complex, but wrapped up in a comforting richness.
