    Roaster’s Notes
Chania estate has been operated by the Harries family for five generations, starting in 1926. Currently operated by Boyce Harries, he has begun to experiment with processing and different varieties on the farm in order to produce the best and most interesting coffees in the region. This coffee has expressive citric and stone fruit flavors, balanced with a honey-like sweetness and subtle florality.
