Roaster’s Notes
Konyu comes to us from the Kabare co-op located west of Mt. Kenya right smack dab in the middle of Nyeri the coffee growing epicenter of Kenya. Kabare represents about 800 farmers, so this is really a true representation of small-holder coffee from the region. This particular lot we bought is wildly bright, super sweet, and very very juicy.
