    Roaster’s Notes
This coffee comes from 2500 members at a wet mill. Most of the farmers own less than one hectare of land and adhere to sustainable, biologic practices, although they have not received organic certification due to the high cost. Mokonisa translates to ‘the strongest tree’ in Oromo.
