    Roaster’s Notes
La Bendición is situated towards the top of lush canyon-like walls with part of the farm facing east and the other facing west. The present coffee comes from the highest plot on the farm, called Los Lotes. A refined classic Huehuetenango roasted for a more robust cup or as espresso. La Bendición is owned by retired school teacher Roger Hidalgo, who lives year-long with his family on the farm. It is situated towards the top of near canyon-like walls on two facing mountain slopes with east-west orientation. The beauty of the views from La Bendición drying patio are stunning.
