La Colombia Gesha
Cafelumbus is a fourth generation and women-led farm. This Gesha comes from a farm with the highest altitude in Antioquia, which allows for optimal conditions for the delicate Gesha coffee. Lactic Honey processing keeps mucilage from the cherry while fermenting the coffee in a clean anaerobic environment. This leads to an increased sweetness, coupled with notes of fruit... an intense complexity and unexpected flavors.
