    Roaster’s Notes
    Outside of the historic city of Antigua, the plants of La Folie grow under the shade of oak trees. The coffee is processed by Luis Pedro Zelaya at his nearby mill, Bella Vista. This particular lot is from the harvest of the Bourbón section of the farm, showcasing the incredible sweetness and balance of our favorite Antiguan coffees.
