    Roaster’s Notes
This 100% castillo lot unanimously scored highly at origin and came in pristine provenance. Sweet red plum throughout, milk chocolate body and sweetness, with a hint of strawberry and citric acid to balance it. This is what Nariño coffees are all about, and this is a brilliant example of why we return to it year after year.
