    Roaster’s Notes
The coffee in Lume is a lot from Guatemala called Pedregal. Pedregal was produced by the Vides Family on a farm called El Rincon. The farm sits at 1,750 masl with a mix of Bourbon, Caturra, and San Ramon varieties. Once the fully ripe cherries were picked, the Vides family performed a traditional washed process and dried on patios. It reminds us of Milk Chocolate, honey, and and lemon. Comforting, sweet, and so juicy!
