Roaster’s Notes
The Mzuzu Cooperative is a union of 3,000 member farmers (25% of which are women) that run as a democratically empowered coffee growing organization. It is made up of six separate cooperatives that fall under the umbrella of the Mzuzu name and have been growing coffee together since the 1930’s. Their goal is to improve the quality of life for the locals while providing a sustainable income
