Roaster’s Notes
The transparency of Ben and Christy Carlson's Long Miles Coffee Project led this coffee to our roaster. They started with a dream to create relationships between roasters and farmers. In 2013, they started building their own washing station in Kayanza, providing farmers a fair place to sell at independent and higher prices. This lot is a natural process from Mikuba Hill. Their dream has bettered the lives of the farmers and the coffee that they provide.
