Roaster’s Notes

This washed heirloom coffee from Ethiopia's Nano Challa Cooperative is sweet, floral, and complex. When brewed, we found jasmine and dark brown sugar in the aroma. The body is juicy, with a flavor of fresh coconut and honeydew, and a wild strawberry acidity. Look for notes of mango and a spicy hint of bergamot in the lush finish.
