    Roaster’s Notes
    Nelson Hurtado and his family run and operate their farm themselves, producing some striking lots. This naturally processed coffee lot was fermented for 24 hours before being stored in bags for 50 hours with the addition of carbon dioxide. The coffee was then placed on raised beds until an ideal moisture content was achieved. This coffee has a subtle complexity with layered fruits, florals, and distilled flavors.
