Roaster’s Notes
Nensebo Refisa is a fairly new coffee growing region in West Arsi, Ethiopia. We chose this coffee because it felt a bit like a wild card. It tasted much different than the usual coffees on the cupping table, and had deep sweetness and dark fruit characteristics that we don't usually find in washed Ethiopian coffees. That said, there's still plenty of familiarity here and incredible complexity, with bright, refreshing acidity, rich stonefruit, and florals.
