Decaf doesn’t have to be an afterthought. We purchase coffees chosen to have the best possible output as a decaf. This offering is grown by members of the APAS VAHU cooperative in Chachapoyas, Amazonas, Peru, focusing on certified organic farming practices and ecological preservation. Our decaf selection carries notes of complex dark sugars, and is carefully shaped to create a coffee that works both as a brewed offering and as espresso.
