This coffee comes from the region of West Arsi, previously grouped into the Sidama region. But with a large number of award winning coffees coming from this area, communities in West Arsi are pushing for recognition. For this lot, cherries were laid out on raised beds for 15-21 days and were turned regularly to ensure even drying. You'll find the fruit-forward profile expected in a natural Ethiopian, but with an impressive amount of nuance and clarity.
