How do Trade's gift subscriptions work?
You select: You select how many bags of coffee you want to send your recipient and if you want us to notify them of their gift via email (or if you’d rather print it to hand it to them directly).
They redeem: Once the recipient receives their gift code, they can activate their subscription on our website. They’ll create an account and take our short quiz to get matched with coffees picked just for them. You do not need to enter the gift recipient's shipping information when you purchase; they'll set up their shipping details when they redeem their gift.
Can I schedule a gift to ship at a later date?
Yes! Whether you’re sending a gift subscription or a gift set, we can schedule the delivery for you. Gift sets can be shipped within several delivery windows, and gift subscriptions let you choose the exact date the email is sent.
When should I place my order to get it by the holidays?
Order your gift set by December 15th in order to guarantee delivery by December 23rd. Looking for the perfect last minute gift? Our digital gift subscriptions can be delivered instantly.
Can I include a personal gift message?
Absolutely! You can add a personalized message at checkout, and for gift subscriptions, a digital gift card can be included too.
What if my recipient is unhappy with their coffee?
We know how important coffee is to our customers and how tricky online shopping can get. To make sure there’s nothing to worry about, we guarantee that your gift recipient will love the first coffee in their subscription, or we’re happy to find them a better match, on us!
To redeem our First Bag guarantee, the recipient can reach out to support@drinktrade.com and we will respond to their request promptly! Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States using USPS. We are able to ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska & Hawaii.
At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Canada, or internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
