Roaster’s Notes
We are honored to release the first offering from Creativa Coffee District in Panama. CCD is a longterm project headed by our friends and legends, La Palma y El Tucán, known as producing the best of Colombia's coffees. They started a small project in Boquete, Panama, bringing their innovative processing and quality control. Carlos Yanguez's coffee is the first of three other naturally processed micro-lots from Panama that met extreme quality standards.
