Roaster’s Notes
A blend of washed and natural coffees from the Ayutepeque farm in Santa Ana, El Salvador. This coffee was blended at the farm specifically for the espresso hopper according to our profile. In the cup, expect sweetness and round body – notes of graham, brown sugar, honeydew, and apple.
