Roaster’s Notes
This is a fully washed coffee from the department of Cajamarca in the northern part of Peru. Cajamarca is well known for being the capital of Peruvian coffee because of its location in the dense forests near the border with Ecuador. This coffee is named after the El Guayacan tree which blooms bright yellow, and is common among coffee landscapes in this region.
