    Roaster’s Notes
El Horcon is hella tasty, and is a testament to the Santuario Cooperative's effort to separate out lots from individual communties. The village of El Horcon sits high at 1850 meters, and the farmers grow Bourbon and Yellow Caturra. This village specific lot has comforting sweetness, but great acidity and berry flavors that set it apart.
