    Roaster’s Notes
    An anaerobic lot from brothers Jhonny and Bernard Vidurrizaga, fifth generation coffee farmers who live and work in the Villa Rica community in Pasco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After years of studying lactic ferments and taking courses in fermentation, this anaerobic lot is the (literal) fruit of that labor.
