Atlanta’s finest—Portrait Coffee and Outkast—collaborate again to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Outkast’s classic second album: ATLiens. To honor one of the all-time best records to come out of the Peach State, our friends at Portrait have partnered with Colombian coffee heroes Unblended Coffee to source something really special: a coffee co-fermented with dried peaches! Fermentation master Sebastian Ramirez takes his caturra coffee, runs it through an anaerobic fermentation, then pulps it and ferments it again with wine yeast and dried fruit. Portrait then take that coffee and blend it with Sebastian’s washed coffee to make a cup that pops with peach flavor while being brought back down to earth with flavors of brown sugar and sweet tea. It’s a coffee for me and you, your momma, and your cousin, too.

Trade Tip

Roasters don’t always agree on roast level — one roaster’s dark might look the same as another’s medium. We taste and assign every coffee our own roast level, so your matches stay consistent no matter who roasted them.
