Celestina Chiroso

We’ve had a few Chiroso variety coffees at Trade, but the extended fermentation from the team at Finca El Mirador makes this one really unique. In addition to really complex acidity like blood orange and pineapple, I taste a hint of savory flavor that reminds me of the tomato note we often taste in Kenyan coffees.
