    Fruity and complex

    Fine grind, boiling temp, and long steep at normal ratio. Tastes clean, fruity, and complex all at the same time. Really enjoyed the flavor adventure this one took me with each cup.

    Nice light roast

    This is a very tasty light roast with citrus notes. I find it takes a bit more to draw out the flavor with pour over with a bit higher temps and a tick finer on the grind. Not my favorite for aeropress but others may disagree. Only reason I don't rate it higher is I reserve my 5 stars for best of the best coffee.

    Terrible taste

    Never had an issue with any other bag we’ve gotten since we started our membership but this has to be worst coffee we’ve gotten so far from Trade. No matter how many times we’ve tuned our grinder, this coffee still had a strong off putting sour taste.

    It does not seem fresh.

    I suspect they just put the roasted date on the bag when they ship it not when they roast it.

    The coffee did not off gas’s and it acted like an old bag when brewing. It also tastes and smells like a old bag
