Envisioned as a place for local creatives to meet and collaborate, Sparrows has always put people first. Roasting came next, when in 2016 Sparrows Coffee introduced its very own specialty line to its welcoming café, which features curated work from community artists.
Fun Fact
Sparrows’ “icon” image is two pods by artist and friend Jeff Kraus, who was once a shop regular. He originally painted them in 2016 as a 30-foot mural on the side of Sparrows’ building.

    Excellent!!

    I really liked this espresso. It had a rich flavor but still kept some lighter notes. Very nice to drink by itself or in a latte

    First coffee from Trade

    The coffee is good. Initially came across very roasty. Tried it in an iced drink as well hot latte, and felt like it shined with steamed milk. The bitterness in the profile comes out more in iced drinks. The roastiness dissipated with time. Not my favorite but a pretty good profile.
