Named for its original Irving Place café, Irving Farm has grown alongside New York's specialty coffee scene since 1996. David Elwell and Steve Leven's Hudson Valley roastery has led the way with strong grower relationships and clean, fuel-efficient practices that set an industry standard.

    Gotham Is Just Fantastic

    Irving Farm's Gotham coffee beans are simply fabulous. This is our favorite coffee by far. The description of the coffee on the Trade website is so right on...dark, rich, and full of chocolatey indulgence. ButI will disagree that "this may not be the coffee we deserve, but it's definitely the coffee we need right now." We do totally deserve it now!! And again!!

    Dark chocolate and walnuts. Full flavor. Dark enough to remove any sourness but not so dark to taste smoky or burnt. House favorite.
