PERC's Holiday takes 10 producers who are part of Unblended Coffee's young producer program and combines then with a coffee their mentor Sebastian Ramirez co-fermented with actual cinnamon!

The result is one of the most seasonally appropriate flavor profiles of any holiday blend we've tasted! We get notes of gingerbread, plum jam, and milk chocolate.
