Huck's head roaster Shelby Williamson tasted this coffee at a competition she was judging in Tolima, Colombia and immediately fell in love with it.

It was grown by Milton Marino Sanchez Giraldo and anaerobically fermented in barrels. The result is a combination of huge fruit flavors like cherry and kiwi with sugary cinnamon sweetness. It’s an absolute joy of a coffee.
