Understanding roast levels

Roast level affects both flavor and body. Here's what to expect from each.

Light

Best for: those that prize delicate flavors and a tea-like feel above intensity.

Light-Medium

Best for: those that enjoy juicy acidity and gently caramelized sugars.

Medium

Best for: those that enjoy balance and classic flavors like cocoa and nuts.

Medium-Dark

Best for: those looking for classic coffee flavors with a kiss of roast.

Dark

Best for: those that love intense, smoky flavor and a full body above all else.

Trade Tip

Roasters don’t always agree on roast level — one roaster’s dark might look the same as another’s medium. We taste and assign every coffee our own roast level, so your matches stay consistent no matter who roasted them.

    Balanced Brew

Smooth, nutty, and dark. I like my coffee straight and this one is very balanced. Dark enough to feed my inner demon, but with a polished after taste.

    Smooth and Alittle Sweet

So happy after grinding and brewing this coffee. Perfect for folks who like that medium blend for morning enjoyment. Has caramel notes and is one of the smoothest coffees I’ve had. So good I’m buying a few bags to have on hand at home!

    My very favorite coffee❤️☕️

This coffee has quickly become my absolute favorite! The flavor is incredible—smooth, rich, and so wonderfully balanced. You can actually taste the delicious notes of caramel and cream, which gives it such a comforting, almost indulgent flavor without being overly sweet.

It has a beautiful richness and depth, but it’s still incredibly smooth and easy to drink. Every cup feels like a little treat, and I genuinely look forward to my morning coffee when I have this on hand.

If you love a rich, smooth coffee with hints of caramel and creamy sweetness, you HAVE to try this one! It’s definitely a new favorite for me! ☕️✨
