Red Rooster Coffee started in the back of a Virginia bookstore when Rose McCutchan needed coffee for her café. Since 2010, Rose and Haden Polseno-Hensley have built a family-run roaster guided by sustainability, gender equality, inclusive hiring, and onsite childcare for all employees.
Fun Fact
This roaster has its own licensed onsite childcare for employees, called Yellow Hen.

    Incredibly Versatile Blend

    Put this roast through paces from espresso drinks like latte and flat white to pour over and I kept discovering new flavor twists. Would def get this bag again and now I want to visit the roaster next time I’m down in DC!

    A Coffee to Crow About

    This is my second bag of Old Crow Cuppa Joe. I really like how smooth it is, no matter whether I grind it fine for my AeroPress, coarse for my French press, or medium for my small espresso machine. No matter how I make it there is a slightly sweet stone fruit finish that leaves you uplifted without any bitter aftertaste.
