About the Roaster

Fueled by a desire to try new things and create an inclusive space for rural Oregonians to gather, founders Cody and Kristina opened the Cerberus café in 2019 in Jacksonville, Oregon. Within the first year, the Cerberus team began roasting small-batch coffees to extend their community outreach even further.

Jacksonville, OR

Fun Fact

Cerberus got its name because the shop’s 130lb lab/mastiff mix, Bear, looks like the three-headed dog from Greek mythology.
