    Almost there!

    I love the name of this coffee brand, let’s get that out of the way first. And they sent me a cool sticker! This is a solid brew, but there’s just an olfactory hit of some under-roasted beans in the mix when the water is introduced. Just something smells a bit harsh. And in fact, the beans are not uniformly colored—there is maybe 30% distinctly lighter beans in the bag. So I’m not sure what’s going on here. But I like the cup well enough and will definitely go through the bag.

    A good cup of coffee, but not noteworthy. My first coffee , Feast - Milk & Honey, was in my view exceptional by comparison.

    …not to suggest Tips up wasn’t good, just a distant second.
