    Roaster’s Notes
This coffee comes from the eastern end of Uraga within the region of Guji. The mill owner and producer, Negusse Debela seeks to produce exceptional lots by controlling as many steps of production as possible. The difference it makes is clear: a candy-like sweetness hits you upfront with a nectar mouthfeel and finishes with a clean ripe red acidity. This coffee has everything you could want in a natural, and pulls it off with ease.
