With this unique processing, the whole cherries are sandwiched between sheets of black plastic as it's dried to increase the fermentation temperature as it naturally dries. The result is a fruity and delicious cup with notes of ripe plums, syrupy blackberry, and some dried fruit sweetness.

This coffee is a Tikusi Natural, which adds the additional step of sandwiching the cherries between two sheets of black plastic, increasing temperature of fermentation, boosting the sweet fruit notes
