Luis Alberto has produced many high placing Cup of Excellence coffees. The biodiversity, heavy rainfall, and ideal temperatures all improve the quality, but his scientific and careful approach result in this award winning product. This lot is made up exclusively of Yellow Catuai. Fermentation on this natural coffee is carefully monitored, drying for 25-30 days, resulting in rich flavors that shine through the more familiar Latin American profiles.
