    Roaster’s Notes
Gatare is a washing station located in Nyamasheke, western Rwanda. Located on the southwestern corner of Lake Kivu, this French Mission Bourbon varietal is grown at nearly 2000 meters. Gatare is a rather large mill, processing coffees from the excellent soil in the surrounding area. The coffees are typically dry fermeted for 20 hours, washed and then soaked in fresh water for 12 hours. A very clean and sweet Rwandan coffee.
