Roaster’s Notes
This is one of the highest scoring Rwanda coffees we've ever served! As it's ground, you'll notice the smell of peach pie—you can tell right away that this is a super sweet coffee. When the cup is hot, or with cream, that peach flavor mellows and begins to taste like treacle or vanilla pudding. As the cup cools, or enjoyed black, you'll taste baking spice and candied lemon, balanced and crystal clear.
