Jorge Alberto Zamora
For over 50 years, Jorge Alberto Zamora has managed three historic farms in Antigua, Guatemala, including Finca San Carlos. The Bourbon variety that is used today are the same Bourbon varietals planted on these estates up to 135 years ago. Two generations of the Zamora family have managed these trees and farms. The farm's harvest season can be up to three months longer than what is typical. The coffee cherries from San Carlos are processed by Los Volcanes.
