Guatemala San Pedro Necta

Sweet & Tart

With a full, lingering body, notes of juicy peaches and sweet toffee, this one's reminding us of a peach cobbler.

    Roaster’s Notes
San Pedro Necta is a municipality in Huehuetenango where many beautiful coffee farms reside. Instead of purchasing from larger farms in the region, we've teamed up with the Bella Vista mill to buy multiple day lots from small producers in the region. This avenue allows us to pay more for cherry from the producers than they'd receive on the open market and support smaller producers that usually have very little yield.
