    Roaster’s Notes
San Sebastian comes from a group of approximately 100 small growers in Huila, Colombia. The coffees here are shade-grown under the cover of plantains and bananas. After processing, the coffee is sun-dried in covered patios on raised beds. The co-op responsible for this coffee was founded in 2003 and Caravela, our import partner, has built education spaces in the region and a created a special program for coffee growers and their families.
