Santa Ana Pineapple Process

Sweet & Tart

Co-fermented alongside fresh pineapples, the resulting coffee has tropical notes that remind us of toasted coconut and ripe melon, in addition to a rich sweetness that reminds us of vanilla and caramel.

    Roaster’s Notes
Our newest offering comes from our long-term direct trade partner, Nando Diaz of Finca Santa Ana in Santa Rosa, Guatemala. This unique processing results in a cup with various fruit flavors, including yellow plum, grapefruit, tamarind, and toasted coconut. Brown sugar and candied pecan sweetness carry through as salted caramel in the finish.
