    Roaster’s Notes
Milled at the famed San Vicente, this coffee is the result of our partnership with Benjamin Paz. With his help, we have access to some of the finest lots in all of Honduras. This coffee is decadent, with notes of honeyed black cherry and pecan pie. We give this to our parents to convert them to specialty coffee.
