    Roaster’s Notes
This delightful coffee is a great representation of the flavors unique to the Huila region of Colombia. Coffee growing on the sides of volcanoes gets the benefit of some of the most dizzying elevation in Colombia, as well as the much lauded volcanic soil full of nutrients plants love. The unique terroir and growing conditions in Huila seem to create coffees with wild and bright acidity, but also rounded out by deep fresh fruit sweetness.
