Solomo

Subtle & Delicate

With a bunch of tropical fruit tones and some limey acidity, this coffee is just a bit funkier than most. You could drink it from a Tiki mug.

    Roaster’s Notes
Fresh crop Ethiopians have been trickling in to the States the past month. We've been cupping through, holding steady until we could find the perfect all-star coffee to join our team roster. Please welcome the Solomo, gushing sugary notes of mango and peaches, balanced with high notes of Kiwi and Limeade. This is a vibrant, joy of a cup. Get ready for 2019 harvest Ethiopians to bring the heat!
