Fans of the big and the bold will enjoy this roasty cup, boasting a dark chocolaty sweetness and just a hint of earthiness. This is the kind of coffee that shines solo, but will gladly hold up to a splash of milk.

About the Roaster
Gimme! gave out free hot chocolate to children who attended its opening day.
Sumatra is the largest island in Western Indonesia and, through a combination of its volcanic soil and rainforest climate, produces some of the most well known and unique coffees in the world. Coffee from this region is most commonly produced using a semi-washed or “wet-hulled” method. This involves removing the skin of the coffee cherry and allowing the seed to dry within the mucilage. Typically this yields coffee with strong body, aromatic, and earthy.
